Hopefully It's Going to Inspire Me...


Last 2 weeks, i found this blog by Husaini Ujang...quite interesting though coz this guy set his 90-day goal a.k.a limit to reduce his weight to....well...i havent finish reading it all yet...just reach his 31st day of using JDM5 & his dieting diary...hmmm...seems that he's easily able to reduce his weight & his mind can conquer his appetite & 'nafsu' from eating all those mouth-watering food. Yeah...sometimes he even eat those 'not-supposed-to-eat-food' as well but, the quantity is just enough to taste / itsy-bitsy / lose those cravings...really 'kuat iman' la this guy...& yeah...he's a guy...for most guys, it's easy for them to cut the fat compared to women...he just bike / brisk walk / jog for only about 30-40 minutes, he is able to cut at least 0.5 gram....that;s almost 2 pound rite?...well, i hope his blog could inspire me more...have to start back my JDM5 regime...& this time, must do it stringently...? hahaha....hopefully...& by the way, this guy managed to NOT HAVING EVEN A SPOON OF NASI for more than a month (according to what i read & where i stop reading just now...heheheh) Fuuhhh!...way to go man...salute!

My Biggest Loser...???


What shall i do? Day in day out, as if i'm not doing a lot of things. I dont cook everyday...i dont wash everyday...i dont mop the floors everyday...i dont dust everyday...i dont iron clothes everyday....the things that i do everyday is clearing all the mess that Idlan & Isyraf do...i make up the beds everyday....i ensure all the things at its place everyday...i pack Isyraf's food for his long hour school...i pack Idlan's stuff as well....these are the things that keep me move everyday...

I cook only a few times a week...wash about 3 times a week....mop the floors about twice a week....dusting once a week...sometimes i iron clothes only once for the whole week supply & sometimes it'll be 3 times a week...no matter whether i do a lot of things or less things daily, i will not easily sweat....weird tho'....what shall i do???

Now i am thinking of doing something else...as an additional to what i do everyday... : Exercise at home - perhaps lunges, pilates, abs & arm exercise or line dances...

But, 1st thing 1st...before i can start doing all this, i need a few things to be done... :
a) Wash 1 of my sport shoes so that i can use it inside my house
b) Find another gym mat - Reebok perhaps...the 1 that i bought from Giant (RM29.90)
is not worth at all...Looks thick, but it;s actually a low quality sponge. When i lay down on it, it;s like lying down on the floor with a thin cloth between me & floor. What a waste! Cost buying the Reebok gym mat is about RM60
c) Buy a gym ball together with the CD. Also the cost is about RM60
d) Take out all my old yoga / exercise pants + gym socks...these are not only for indoor exercise, but, also for my outdoor exercise (basically just walking up & down the stairs...hahahah...hei...my house is at 10th floor...
(hahaha...wish could have these bumps & this sexy pants)
e) I should spare a pair of sport shoes in my car. Whenever i arrive home, i should take the staircase instead to climb up to 10th floor...hehehe... :-)

5th Day on JDM5

hmmm...i was trying to update this blog yesterday & this morning from my office, seems that there were errors. I typed...typed...& typed...but, at the end, unable to save it...arrrggghh...!
Now, it's a gamble...seems ok...hope so.
3rd day of using JDM5 - i weigh myself & frustrated. No gain & no lose. No change at all! Not even a single 0.1 pound...???
Maybe i'm full of pact fat...or compressed fat...hahahaha! That's why it;s so hard for me to lose weight & in the end become frustration. This morning, i weigh again. Wallah! I lose 2 pounds....hoooreeeyyyy...! i almost jumping & down in my bedroom then, i realized i'll be late for work if i keep on wondering & smiling...hehehehe
My target is to lose at least about 20 pounds...which is equivalent to 10kg...sounds realistic for the moment, isn't it?
Wish to have this body...hahahah...

2nd Day with JDM5

This regime needed me to :
! take breakfast - 1/2 of the normal portion
! drink a lot of water - of course plain water
! stop eating / drinking (some dealers urged users to drink water)2 hours before
consuming JDM5
! lunch - drink JDM5 with about 500ml of plain / cold water
! once finish, do not consume food / drink (maybe) for 2 hours
! drink lots of plain water
! dinner - eat 1/2 of normal portion before 8pm

for breakfast & dinner, i have no problem with that. I even sometimes don't eat at nite
According to Nurul, i cant even take plain water
2 hours before & after taking JDM5. This 1 i really cannot tahan at all...!!! Aaaaaaa....i'll be dead of dehydration. I need liquid...to move on...hehehe...Well, i follow what my dealer said & i remembers what most docs said about drinking plain water & dieting. Definitely i'll take glasses of water. If not, i'll be easily getting a fever.
A few minutes after drinking JDM5, i'll be going to the ladies like every 15-20 minutes...i drink glasses of water of course. I'll be so damn thirsty!

& the water that comes out are as much as what i drink...hahaha...hopefully it works for me. It;s like a flushing activity....
Then waiting to the end of the day, is like waiting for durian to ripe & fall from it's tree...i'll be a bit hungry. Till 7-8pm, i'll be sooo hungry...but, as for yesterday & today, i didn't eat much. Thank God!...but, i have to replace / make my stomach feels full by drinking a lot of water...
I am hoping...hoping...hoping that this time, this regime is working for me... fooohh...!

Now It's Jus Mate 5

Hihihihihi....last nite was my first time of drinking JDM5 that was being promoted by my sisters & their frens & also Nurul....better to try than do nothing, rite?
hmmm...the taste was really lite compared to Herbalife & Totalife. Got some acid nitric & also orange flavor. It mentioned that it has soy extract. But doesnt taste much....I have to drink it with about 500ml water. Wow! That;s a great lot of water actually to be drinked at 1 time....hmm...because of the taste is quite lite & i've tasted other brands which are much2 thicker, for this 1, i dont have any problem with it.
Hungry?

Like usual...

also like normal...

Change Diet...& What Should I Do?

hmmm....remember last time i was on diet using Totalife? I still have some of the food set at home....Was thinking to continue it. As at to-date i only lost 4kg from using it...Then, that's it...Frust...!!!!
Last month, my sister introduced this JusMate5...She said all her frens who;s having obesity problem are using JM5 for their diet. Seems it works a lot!. So, she also start using it. Dunno whether she is still using it now. Havent got the chance to talk to her about it. Now, i & Ude become a tag-team...heheheheh....we want to try it! The supply going to arrive on coming Monday. Seems a long way to go....aaarrrgghhh! I think i am too depressed to even think about my weight problem. When can it ends? My target is only 30 pounds...that's it...I'm not like those in Biggest Loser reality show that needs to shred off about 100pounds....Why is it soooo hard? Is it because of my liver condition? For those who dont know, my body is suffering Hepatitis C since i was 19 (the time that i knew about it...actually dunno when it started...) Uhuk! So, what's the best thing that i have to do? Full medical check-up? Or i can diet as other normal people? Or is this disease prevents me from loosing some pounds from my body...? I've been wondering about this since last year....what should i do...???

Dunno how many days oledi...hahahah!

hmmm....i've stopped my diet ever since idlan being hospitalized for denggi. i was expecting that my diet were running down the drain....however, unexpectedly, the pund on my body went down...though, not that much...it went down! yey....!!!
this morning the scale showing 149.8pound. It's never been below 150pound before!....yey!...
well...it;s still not time for celebration though i ate a lot of food last nite during doa selamat kenduri...hehehehe....hope it'll go down soon!..received 2 comments (those who seldom sees me) that i am bit "fit"...hehehehehehehe

okeh....latest update.. :-P
Day 5 vs Day 6 = 156.8p vs 157.6p = +0.8p
Day 6 vs Day 7 = 157.6p vs 157.8p = +0.2p
Day 7 vs Day 8 = 157.8p vs 155.8p = -2.0p
if i'm not mistaken to change pound back to kg, will be POUND divided by 2.2 = kg
so, in my case, it'll be 155.8pound / 2.2 = 70.8 kg...
after 1 week...my weight was like a yoyo. It went up & down & up & down...as at this morning, it went 155.8p. I was excited at the beginning. But, then...i remembered that my weight wont go steadily stable...it'll may go up anytime....what a tiring week. I have another week to go before i go for weighing & measuring thingy at Totalife in Puchong. The consultant, might get shock...She expexted me to lose at least 2 kg per week. My feelings..? I'm not happy..ya...i'm not happy & very stressfull. If i able to reach at 60kg, i'll believe that this thing works & i think i'm gonna start this business. But, now...i'm not happy...like a fat cat above...

1-month Daily Food Plan

Ahaks...!!! Now i have a month plan daily food consumption...? I cant believe it either...hahahah...But, i'm trying my best to STRICTLY follow it. Hmmm...so far, quite ok. Since i have to drink a lot of water...That really works! I dont really feels hungry. I even cook for "tarzans" yesterday :
Garoupa with Sweet & Sour Sauce
Chap Chai with Oyster Sauce
Deed Fry Tau-Foo dipped in Curry Flour
Casserole Rice
Simple...yet, tempting. Hmmm....but, i still manage not to get my saliva drooling down from the tip of my lips...hehehehe.
Wanna know what's my menu? Here it goes...
6.15am Total Drink + 300ml plain water + Total Salt (bukak mata terus telan...)
7.15am TD-8 + 227ml plain water + Total Salt + Total Sweet. Right after that,
swallow 2 Lipokleen A + 2 Lipokleen B with a big glass of plain water
10.15am TD-8 + 227ml plain water + Total Salt + Total Sweet
1.15pm TD-8 + 227ml plain water + Total Salt + Total Sweet
4.15pm TD-8 + 227ml plain water + Total Salt + Total Sweet
7.15pm Swallow 1 Total Jing with a big glass of water
7.30pm Dinner - 1/4 rice + Water base vege soup + Fruits + a slice / a cut of
baked / grilled fish / chicken
By looking at the menu above, u might say it's quite ridiculuos. Well, i've experienced it yesterday. Quite ok. Not bad! I need to exercise actually, but, instead of exercising yesterday, i did some pilates moves + i was clearing 3rd bedroom & re-arranging 2nd bedroom. A number of things to do. Ensured that i move a lot & sweat a lot...hohohoho....
Readers... (if i have any... :-P) Follow on. I'll be updating my progress. Hopefully, everyday..i'll be weighing myself everyday + early in the morning before starting the day on...

Dilemma...?

I'm in dilemma...
1) Totalife?
2) Fitness First?
3) Treadmill machine?
1) I've signed up for Totalife package. Actually, become a member, but, havent taken the whole package yet. The agent just waiting for me to call 'em, pay & get the stuff & start right away...hmmm....cost RM2442 for 1 month usage + monitored by experienced consultant + guidance of how to do the exercise at home. By looking at the consultant's picture, she had slightly heavier weight than me. But, she manage to reduce her weight to 50kg. Nice, huh? I saw her pic.s - before & after.
2) I accompanied my officemate to FF in Subang Jaya at Wisma Consplant. Quite interesting! with the payment package & cheaper rate, i guess...? Registration fee only RM296 with a certain T&C. & monthly payment would be RM183. Obligation is have to fullfill 12-month membership. Let's calculate... RM296 + (RM183 X 12 months) = RM2492 equivalent to RM207.67 per month. Is it worth paying? Better i compare with other fitness centre. It seems like last time my package is RM240 X 12 months for obligation of 36 months. Hmmm...it;s (RM240 X 12) / 36 = RM80 per month! Looks like it's much more worth paying, rite?
But, the thing is....going to Taipan is 1 thing....The time to travel there is another thing...Distance to me is ok...But, the timing...aaahhh....i go out from office at 5.45pm...Have to go thru the heavy traffic, i;ll be arriving there almost 8.00pm inclusive of finding a parking space....aaarrrrrgghhh....the equipment / facilities are worth paying including less mills classes...but........at what time shall i arrive home. Office to TF, Taipan = 2 hours. Spending time at TF = 2 - 3 hours. Arrive home = >< at 11am? Phewwww....!!!
3) the idea of having own treadmill is this morning. instead of joining fitness centre, which the cost is >< like buying a brand new treadmill, why not?
so, what do u think, guys? which option do u think the best?
