Silly Bank

Since yesterday i was trying to get thru with Ambank. But, their cust service line is sucks! Cant even get thru. So, i took chance to email them instead. Cross finger!...well, surprisingly, they answered me...hehehe....ok...i'm a bit delighted to c their mail came in. However, my request of redeeming reward from reward points that i;ve collected all this while has been turned down. Actually, i dont really that keen to get a redemption. But, it seems that Ambank didnt stop sending me SOA though i;ve terminated the acc. The cust service lady in Shah Alam, even cut my credit card right in front of my nose! hmmmm....she didnt even mentioned to me that i can only redeem the points before i cancelled the card. Now, i;m pissed off....
Simply say as some of u guys c thru my email, "regret to say" or "apologise for any inconvenience caused" , etc, etc, etc....& on the last mail i sent to them, "i made the right choice of discontinuing using your service" is the best-est + most polite way of saying how unsatisfy i am. Hmm....1 more lesson for today...

@ HLBB - they charged me with high interest!!!
@ CIMB - hmm....super-slow service. Will change my salary acc to Maybank or Al-Rahj
