I just dont understand. For me to upgrade my job is by transferring to another division - Finance specially & perhaps go to Customer Service. Just because i dont talk much & i am not like a "kaki kipas" like some other people in Finance,...seems that he doesnt like me...he said that i wont be able to be upgraded if i stays in Admin. There were sooo many things that i did, the effort that given towards this department & company, yet......
