Bandung....cant wait..! :-D

Hey...i cant really wait actually for October to come. Insya-Allah will be going to Bandung for branded / designer items shopping...! Been saving money for the shopping / window shopping / bargaining / sight-seeing...hahahah....3 more months to go!....aaaaa.......
Me & my frens (officemate) were planning for this trip since end last year. Book the tix on Feb this year...we even have our approved leave since Feb also!...really cant wait...
It;s not just the excitement of getting too shop till i drop (hope not! :-P)...it's the excitement of going to places / other country which is 1 of my dreams....

Bandung in Indonesia is just across Straits of Malacca and its so easily accessible nowadays with Airasia. I was there earlier this year to do what best in Bandung . Bandung was really a shopping paradise with so many factory outlets to let you shop till you drop.

The clothes sold in these factory outlets are seasonal. What is sold in these outlets depends on the supply from their distributors.

Among brands that you can find in Bandung are Louis Vuitton, Jean Paul Gaultier, Levis, Dockers, Hugo Boss, Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, Crocodile, Calvin Klein, etc, etc, etc

Besides shopping, the food in Bandung was excellent. I would highly recommend ‘Kampung Daun’, ‘Dapurku’ and ‘The Valley’

This is what i got from www.leslieho@........ i dont remember where...hahahah

Here's another 1...

quote:
Brands at many of the stores include: Abercrombie & Fitch, Future.now, Eddie Bauer, MAG, Nautica, Fendi, Elle, Hugo Boss, DKNY, Espirit, Calvin Klein, Armani, Crocodile, Balley Apostrophe, Alfred Dunhill, Nike, Reebok, Limited, The Gap, Banana Republic, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo, Adidas, Puma, Ann Taylor, D&G, BCBG, J. Crew, Allure, Bennetton, Cerruti 1881, Victoria's Secret, NY & Company, Sag Harbor, Old Navy, Ocean Pacific, Roxy, Hush Puppy, Versache, Table Eight, Cherokee, Express, Karen Scott and Sears and Mervyn's brands.

The shops carry both Grade A (best quality overruns) and Grade B (seconds with something wrong with them so they didn't pass quality inspection by the buyer). Some also carry factory rejects ... but they wouldn't broadcast that fact! Depending on the agreements between buyers/factories and factory outlets, the items are often put up for sale 3-6 months after they go on the market for full price elsewhere.

Don't be surprised if you see 'Made in Korea' or 'Made in Thailand' (to name a few) tags on the clothes too as many of the shops buy from agents who represents factories in these countries. Or, they are really made in Indonesia and mis-labeled on purpose ... !

Local production for the local market is offered in the shops as well ... with very different quality. Buyer beware ... because some of the stores also sell fakes along with the factory seconds.

gotta be carefull of imitation items though...Luckily, we have our own tour guide later + Asma's fren there. So, i hope & think that we wont be having any trouble with the bargaining & shopping there....

aaaa.............really cant wait...wanna know why??? hehehehe....1 of the reasons is my office suit & wardrobe are getting old...ever since i joint Maersk...!!! Hahaha...need to get new one & last long....

Change Diet...& What Should I Do?

hmmm....remember last time i was on diet using Totalife? I still have some of the food set at home....Was thinking to continue it. As at to-date i only lost 4kg from using it...Then, that's it...Frust...!!!!
Last month, my sister introduced this JusMate5...She said all her frens who;s having obesity problem are using JM5 for their diet. Seems it works a lot!. So, she also start using it. Dunno whether she is still using it now. Havent got the chance to talk to her about it. Now, i & Ude become a tag-team...heheheheh....we want to try it! The supply going to arrive on coming Monday. Seems a long way to go....aaarrrgghhh! I think i am too depressed to even think about my weight problem. When can it ends? My target is only 30 pounds...that's it...I'm not like those in Biggest Loser reality show that needs to shred off about 100pounds....Why is it soooo hard? Is it because of my liver condition? For those who dont know, my body is suffering Hepatitis C since i was 19 (the time that i knew about it...actually dunno when it started...) Uhuk! So, what's the best thing that i have to do? Full medical check-up? Or i can diet as other normal people? Or is this disease prevents me from loosing some pounds from my body...? I've been wondering about this since last year....what should i do...???
